Aldbourne Post Office & Ramsbury Surgery medications delivery

Following the recent refurbishment of Aldbourne Post Office and Stores, Tessa and Eddie have kindly set aside a new storage area for the medication deliveries.  With immediate effect, we are now implementing criteria for patients who can use this valuable local service so that medication can be stored safely and efficiently within this storage area.

Therefore, we will continue not to send any fridge or bulky items over to the Post Office and implement the following criteria:

  • Aged 16 years and under with no family member/carer transport
  • Housebound patients with a nominated carer
  • Aged 60 years and over with restricted mobility or no transport available

Obviously, these criteria may not cover every individual patient case, and we would consider these on a personalised care basis.
