Cold Caller Awareness

There have been reports of leaflets being put through letterboxes in the village and then shortly after a cold caller knocking at the door asking if the residents have any gold or silver they want to sell. The properties being targeted appear to just be bungalows. Please warn family, friends and neighbours (in bungalows and houses) not to engage with anyone doing this at their home. All instances of this happening should be reported to the police via Crimestoppers or calling 101.
