Events on Parish Council Land

At the March 2026 meeting, the Parish Council approved a new policy for events to be held on land under its ownership or responsibility. All organisers (groups or individuals) should get in touch at least 8 weeks prior to their event to request to use:
The village green
The pond
Football field
Whitley playing field
Goddards Lane play area
Claridge Close play area
Rectory Wood
Southward Triangle
