Poppy Appeal 2025 – A fantastic result!
Very many thanks to all who supported the RBL Poppy Appeal this year. Thanks to your generous donations and the hard work of the collectors, pubs, shops and schools, Aldbourne District (Aldbourne and Baydon) raised a total of £5333, including £1061 from contactless donations. This is £726 higher than 2024’s record total.
We will be collecting again in 2026 and always appreciate help from anyone who would like to volunteer as a house-to-house collector. Every year a few people feel they would like to step down so there are always vacancies in the team. If you are interested in supporting this worthwhile cause please contact either Peter Mannering or Diana Pengilly.
