We know the ongoing sewer issue is causing significant disruption, especially with the night time tanker operations. The issue of a possible blockage in the network causing the sewers to back up was raised with Thames Water over a week ago. Thames Water have scheduled a jetting of the system for tonight, but the continued freezing conditions may delay it.

The ATAC unit cannot be utilized as the water levels are too low in the Winterbourne, and use of the unit currently would be likely to cause pollution.

We share your frustration with the lack of updates from Thames Water and are pushing them for answers. We will keep you informed as we learn more.
