New Date for Oxford Street Works

Oxford Street (Baydon Hill) between Nos. 19 & 25 will be closed to all traffic 24/7 from 28 September to 9 October 2026.  This is the rescheduled date for the excavation of the road to repair the damaged culvert.

The contractor will work with residents within the closure to allow them access to and from their properties, though due to the nature of the works some delays may occur.  School transport and other stakeholders have been advised.

The resurfacing of Oxford Street will be undertaken during the October half term.
